TMINS (Trilok Media Information & News Service) is owned, managed, and operated by parent company Trilok Media. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and operate in strict compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). In accordance with the DMCA, we will respond expeditiously to remove or disable access to materials that are alleged to infringe copyrights.

Important Legal Disclaimer:

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including court costs and attorney's fees.

1. Filing a Takedown Notice (Notice Requirements)

To file a copyright infringement claim with TMINS, your written notification must include the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed (e.g., link to your original text, registration credentials, or photograph description).
  • Identification of the material on TMINS that you claim is infringing, including the specific URL link where it is published.
  • Your complete contact details: full legal name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement by you: "I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
  • A statement by you: "The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized legal agent.

2. Counter-Notification Procedure

If your content was removed from TMINS due to a DMCA claim, and you believe this was due to an error, misidentification, or fair use, you may submit a Counter-Notification. Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, TMINS may restore the content under the guidelines of the copyright act unless the original complainant files a lawsuit seeking a court order.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, TMINS has adopted a strict policy of terminating or suspending, in appropriate circumstances, users, comment authors, or editors who are deemed to be repeat copyright infringers.
